No Entry

Exhibition, Poster Design

Year: 2022

Recently, we have experienced some "inaccessible" moments, not only "blocked" in physical space, but also occasional interruption and stagnation of self-thinking space. The global epidemic that lasted for more than two years and the continuous development of technological changes have invisibly spawned new observations of the human world. Intensive and continuous events may not be essentially different from those in the past, but they appear absurd and exaggerated in people's acute awareness of "self-space" today. Under the bright sun, it is a branch of roads and dense forests.

We found some moments of "no passage", "no gatherings", "only exit but no entry", and "no entry" in the city roaming. In the past, these enclosures and guardrails also existed occasionally. These slogans are of character, embodying a certain resistance and intervention, ie, no room for negotiation. We made a set of posters to magnify and illuminate this "intervention" and "resistance", and what kind of feeling does it bring to people? How are the spatial boundaries between individuals and society divided?
