Saloodo!’s design system is an enterprise-grade LogTech framework that balances the authoritative heritage of the DHL brand with the functional agility of a modern SaaS marketplace. It employs a rigorous modular component library, built for both shippers and carriers users to simplify complex logistics data into step-by-step workflows.

UX design process for Global platform
Saloodo global platform consist of Shipper UI and Carrier UI platforms for different specific user groups. It ensures the shippers to compare qualified carriers and book online with seamless payment, and benefits carriers users to find transport orders, and get paid quickly.
My expertise is to optimize the platform's user experience by refining its usability, accessibility and efficiency, ultimately enhancing user satisfaction and productivity.

Outlining the steps the user takes within a particular feature or process, which stakeholders understand the logical structure and flow of a user's interaction, enabling them to optimize the process, remove bottlenecks, and enhance the user experience.
