MANAGING VALUE CREATION PROJECT

This project explores the mechanisms of value creation within the specialty coffee industry. It examines how a brand's value is not merely found in the cafes( Local cafe, Noc and Starbucks), but is systematically built through the intersection of intentional design and environmental psychology.

By comparing the global scale of different types of cafes, this study dissects how different design philosophies translate into distinct business advantages. 

  • Cross-disciplinary thinking of strategy both at industrial and enterprise level.
  • Different approaches to define value in a business environment.
  • Calculate the economic value of the design.
