• Explaining and showing the benefits of the new Smart System and showcase the eBike Flow app to cyclists without investing much time into consultation or using an own smartphone with the Flow app installed on it at the store.
• Educate the user about the Smart System before they go to a bike dealer at the dealer store or customer website
