The main functions of the platform are product purchasing, report checking, medicine knowledge promotion and online customer service.
I was responsible for the end-to-end user experience, I managed the visual redesign and UI implementation for our digital products while co-creating interaction frameworks with the product team to ensure a seamless user journey.


FORMER UI/UX DESIGN FOR APP
(VERSION 1.0)
Reason for Redesign:
- Strategic Pivot: Realigned the brand identity to be more user-centric, shifting the focus toward the needs and behaviors of everyday users.
- Feature Expansion & UI Optimization: Upgraded the visual interface to support new functional modules, ensuring the UI remains clean while increasing utility.
- Design System Implementation: Established a unified design specification to resolve the inconsistencies of Version 1.0. This eliminated fragmented component styles and fragmented interaction patterns, significantly improving user cognition and operational flow.

REDESIGN FOR APP
(VERSION 2.0)
Design Goal:
- Strategic Visual Redesign: Revitalize the visual identity in alignment with the new product strategy to elevate the User Experience (UX) and solidify brand recall.
- Conversion-Centric Ecosystem: Develop a comprehensive, highly accessible online platform designed to streamline the user journey and maximize conversion rates.
Design Process:
- 01 | Brand Harmonization: Unified the visual language and seamlessly integrated core brand elements across all touchpoints to ensure brand consistency.
- 02 | Design System Architecture: Established the Canseq UI Design Guidelines, creating a standardized library of components for cross-platform scalability.
- 03 | Functional Intuition & UX Optimization: Developed highly recognizable functional modules and simplified user flows to reduce cognitive load and friction.
- 04 | Quality Assurance & Iteration: Conducted visual regression testing and design audits during development, followed by continuous optimization based on user feedback and requirements.
Target Audience:
- Primary Demographic: General female users.
- Specialized User Group: HPV-positive patients (requiring a design tone that is empathetic, trustworthy, and supportive).

The Canseq official website serves as a comprehensive health management platform for women, focusing on cervical cancer prevention and screening.
I led the restructuring of the page architecture to ensure complex health data remains accessible, while delivering a refined visual interface that supports livelihood initiatives, public welfare programs, and corporate wellness sectors.
